We Got the Beet!

It’s back! Bruz Beet Down Saison is back after a bit of a hiatus. Bruz makes “garden beers” from time to time. We have done Carrot Beer, Lemon Cucumber Beer, and Beet Beer. Our Beet Down Saison has been a badass fan favorite and this year we decided to bring it back!

Beet Down is hard to miss due to its brilliant red color and fluffy pink foam on top. Its aroma is root vegetables and its flavor is one of rich red beets with notes from the base beer—a rustic fouder-aged Saison that adds many dimensions of flavor to the brew.

Bruz Beet Down Saison is also really great with a variety of foods. It’s now on tap at both our Midtown Brewery and our Bruz Off Fax taprooms. Treat yourself to this amazing beer while it lasts! Cheers!
