Valore is a Belgian-style ale that is unique to Bruz. It is a golden orange ale that is refreshingly bitter with soft fruit esters from a unique Belgian yeast strain. Valore is then finished with Brettanomyces wild yeast, which gives the beer a lemony tartness and a hint of jasmine. Valore is aged for six months or more to bring out the nuances of aroma and flavor. The tartness intensifies with age, so bottle-aging it is well worth the wait. On occasion, one-year and two-year old versions of Valore are available at the brewery. At all ages, Valore is a celebration in a bottle!
