Belgian Style Golden Sour Ale
Blond Tart is a golden sour ale that has been aged with wild yeast cultures for more than a year and a half. The Tart’s deep golden color and creamy white head draw you in. Earthy Brettnotes dominate the aroma. On the palate, Brett and Lacto notes harmonize to create a gentle lemony tartness. A touch of bitterness comes through in the long, crisp, sweet-tart finish. Limited release - $7.00 per 8 oz pour while it lasts.

Belgian “Oud Bruin” Style Sour Ale
Midtown Brown is our take on a classic Flanders Brown style ale. It is a bottle- conditioned ale that has been aged for more than two years. Seven malts and an array of traditional and wild yeasts create enormous complexity. Midtown Brown is a beer that is ready to drink now and will continue to improve for years to come with additional bottle age. 375 ml corked bottles only – limit one per customer while it lasts. $14.95.

Belgian Style Sour Specialty Ale
Bruz Passion is a sour specialty ale that defies being placed in a particular category. Eight malts, light hopping and a combination of yeasts and tart microflora create a rich and complex flavor profile. This beer has been aged on oak for two years and will continue to improve with additional bottle age. 375 ml corked bottles only – limit one per customer while it lasts. $14.95.
