Cambra Koczkur is an emerging Denver artist that primarily uses oils to create abstractions of scenes and objects found in nature. When human figures are incorporated, her goal is to visually relate an interior drive or emotion and the concert between those soul matters and the physical world. Rich texture created by a thick application of paint to canvas is a defining characteristic in much of her work.
Cambra’s art has been displayed in the River North and LoHI neighborhoods of Denver. A small selection of her paintings will be featured in Arvada’s new Gallery 1874 through October of 2016.
